QEII Patient Assistance Grant: Mental Health Support for Cancer Care – Guidelines

1. Program Information

The QEII Patient Assistance Grant is a program created by the QEII Foundation to provide financial support to patients of the QEII Health Sciences Center. Applications will be accepted from healthcare providers for cancer patients to support mental health. Grants of up to $1,000 will help patients access mental health services not currently covered under a medical plan while undergoing treatment and recovery and through survivorship.

The QEII Patient Assistance Grant for oncology patients, aims to lessen the financial burden that many patients face – helping QEII patients when they need it most.

As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our donors to fund these grants. All applicants will be asked to share their feedback to support program improvements and growth. Together, we can ensure the QEII Patient Assistance Grant: Mental Health Support for Cancer Care continues to be available.
