QEII Patient Assistance Grant - Guidelines 2024
1. Program Information
The QEII Patient Assistance Grant is a program created by the QEII Foundation to provide financial support to eligible QEII Health Sciences Center patients. Grants of up to $1,000 will help patients pay for amenities like rent, mortgage, lodging and transportation, home utilities, home medical equipment, medication, or medical supplies not currently covered under a medical plan while undergoing treatment.
The QEII Patient Assistance Grant aims to lessen the financial burden that many patients face – helping QEII patients when they need it most.
As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our donors to fund these grants. All applicants will be asked to share their feedback to support program improvements and growth. Together, we can ensure the QEII Patient Assistance Grant is available to our patients.
